Tina has been with the CBAS team since September 2016, recruited to the highly important position of Client Services Manage (CSM) within the business.
Tina has extensive experience having worked in various Customer Service and Administration positions prior to joining CBAS, however Tina has supercharged the effectiveness of the CSM position since joining the team, to the point of Tina’s role being one of the most important cogs in the wheel of our work practices – to efficiently manage, process and turn around client work.
Tina has a great bubbly personality that our clients can easily relate to and are comfortable providing the information that Tina is requesting, on behalf of our Advisers, freeing up their time to dedicate to the work they need to be doing as Accountants.
Tina is a highly valued member of the CBAS team and is instrumental in assisting CBAS to maintain a highly efficient status (compared nationally to other firms) in terms of business turnover to the ratio of Full Time Equivalent team members we have, which is an area as a business we continue to strive to maintain.
